Decadent layers of brownie, Oreo, and chocolate chip cookie dough create a delightful dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup water (or as directed on brownie mix)
  • 1/3 cup oil (or as directed on brownie mix)
  • 1 egg (or as directed on brownie mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to brownie mix instructions, usually around 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
  3. Combine the brownie mix with water, oil, and egg as directed. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly across the bottom.
  5. Layer Oreo cookies evenly over the brownie layer.
  6. Spread the chocolate chip cookie dough over the Oreos.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the cookie layer, covering it completely.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgent treat.
