  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the Nutella and roll into a ball.
  8. Place the cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
