A refreshing and creamy dessert with a perfect balance of tart and sweet, ideal for warm days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the lemon mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the layering process, finishing with the lemon mixture on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice. It can be paired with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream.
